Meghan McCain and her Selective Outrage

Glenn Beck mocked Meghan McCain on his radio show Wednesday for appearing partially nude in an ad for skin cancer. Beck made sounds pretending that he was vomiting while looking at the ad.  "Put some extra clothes on," he said. "Like, lots of extra clothes...has she thought about a burqa, just to be extra safe?"  Meghan was highly offended and took to Twitter to blast Beck for his hurtful comments, and so did her mother, Cindy McCain.

If you think this post is in support of Meghan, then you are wrong. Not even close. Glenn Beck is an idiot and his days are numbered. So, enough said about him.  However, Meghan McCain is getting EXACTLY what she deserves. I have absolutely no empathy for her hurt feelings, and here’s why.

Meghan did a fluff interview with Donald "fart brain" Trump in April for “The Daily Beast” where she figuratively gave him a high-five for his efforts to delegitimize President Barack Obama. At the time of the interview, she had knowledge of his antics.  She knew that he had gone from one network to another trashing the President in order to bring attention to his fake presidential run. Trump said that he had sent investigators to Hawaii to uncover the President’s original birth certificate, which was a blatant lie and all the networks knew it. He made racially tinged remarks that President Obama was not smart enough to get into Harvard, suggesting that if his rich white friends’ children could not get into Harvard, it was no way that Barack Obama, being black, would be accepted. He told one lie after the other and every news organization gave him full access across their network platforms to spew his lies.

Meghan was excited that Trump was "sticking it to Obama."  She didn’t seem to mind that "sticking it to Obama" meant questioning his citizenship; thereby, his legitimacy as President of the United States. Well Meghan, dear, what goes around comes around.  It's called Karma, the law of cause and effect.  If it is acceptable to her that "Trump the Dumbo" spews hateful and hurtful rhetoric against our President, then many of us have no empathy for Meghan when Beck slings hurtful language her way.

Hey, burqas aren't all bad even to a conservative. Lot's of women would look a heckuva lot better if they covered up those layers.

Perfect example of how Karma can bite you in the ass.

    Sometimes it's karma --- sometimes it's consequences. Whatever, it's well-deserved!

But that's OK Meaghan. Just have daddy buy you another house, or another gun, and you'll recover. I don't wish hurtful things on people, but when they do the deed themselves and it comes back to bite them, I have no sympathy.

Maxx, (if I may be that familiar) Mom and Dad always said that two wrongs do not make a right. I agree that she shouldn't have sided with Trump (the Krump), but that doesn't make what Beck did right or even explain her hurt feelings. As a woman (the picture makes presumptions), you should know how sensitive to personal remarks that young women can be. It may be Karma (as a matter of fact, it probably is), but that does not excuse your remarks that Meghan is getting exactly what she deserves. I would think, by your language, that you are better than that. Leave it at explaining the Karma and, please, do not make judgments.

My outrage is indeed selective. Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Chris Dodd, Barney Frank, Charlie Rangel, Barbara Boxer, Maxine Waters and a few other crooks and abortion lovers. I will express that outrage in the voting booth in 2012.
